Out of Hours
Extended Access
We offer pre-bookable appointments at St Charles Hospital Extended Hours Hub to see a GP. This is part of a Extended Hours Service commissioned by us and other West London practices.
The appointments can only be booked via the practice and are with a GP.
Appointments are available:
- Monday to Friday: 6pm to 9pm
- Saturday: 8am to 8pm
- Sunday: 6pm to 9pm
We would highly recommend the use of these appointments especially after the end of the Walk-In service. They are highly under utilized and are always available.
These appointments are only available for patients registered to a West London Practice and can only be booked via the practice.
Enhanced Access Hubs
Important
Walk-ins are not allowed within the Enhanced Access HUBs.
The Enhanced Access HUBs within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea offer our locally registered patients additional access to services in the evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
They provide a range of appointments at the HUBs that we can refer you to.

Life Threatening
Call 999 or go to A&E now if:
- you or someone you know needs immediate help
- you have seriously harmed yourself – for example, by taking a drug overdose
A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a medical emergency.
Urgent But Not Life Threatening
Visit an urgent care centre if:
- You have an urgent medical issue requiring on the day attention
Non-urgent
Use NHS 111 if:
- You need help now, but it’s not an emergency
There will be someone to provide you with advice and to direct you to a clinician if it is necessary.
