How and when to obtain test results from the surgery.
Getting your test results
If you have had a test (such as blood tests, urine tests, or scans), please note the following:
- Please check your test results on the NHS App first, as many results will be visible there as soon as they are available.
- Test results are usually available after 3 working days.
- If you cannot access the NHS App, you can call the surgery on 020 8962 8700 after 3 working days to check your results.
- In some cases, results may take longer. If so, our team will advise you accordingly.
- If any urgent or unexpected results are received, the practice will contact you directly.
We kindly ask that you avoid calling the surgery before the 3 working days have passed, as results will not usually be available.
