New Online Contact System

 

We would like to let you know that we have changed the way you can contact the practice online. 

We are now using Accurx which replaces PATCHS

 

What does this mean for you?

Only the online consultation platform is changing. Our appointment system remains exactly the same.

  • You can continue to call the practice to book an appointment with a GP.
  • Most practices will continue to offer online appointment booking through the NHS App.
  • If you are registered with North Kensington Medical Centre or Golborne Medical Centre, you can also continue to book appointments using Bookable.
  • We are not moving to total triage.

We hope this change will make it easier for patients who wish to contact us online, as you won’t need a separate login to submit an online consultation.
