Weekly HTN / Lipids / Diabetes MDT
Our weekly MDT takes place every Thursday, 12:30 to 1:30pm, providing an opportunity to discuss patients and get specialist input.

- GPs and Pharmacists are welcome
- Please add cases to the remote booking list in advance
PCN Diabetes MDT
The PCN Diabetes MDT takes place monthly.
The next session is 13 October 2026 at 12:30pm.
Please remember to add cases to the rota via remote booking. Dates for future sessions can be shared in advance.
Westminster Crisis Scheme
We’re pleased to share that the Westminster Crisis Scheme has now launched.
Delivered by North Paddington Foodbank on behalf of Westminster City Council, the scheme provides Crisis Payments alongside personalised resilience support, helping residents through immediate financial difficulties while supporting longer-term financial stability.
How residents can access support
Residents can contact the Westminster Crisis Scheme Team directly:
- 07932 623443 — Monday to Friday, 10am to 5:30pm
- crisis@npfoodbank.org.uk
Following an initial screening, residents will be connected with the most appropriate support or referral partner.
The scheme provides more than emergency financial support. Approved residents will also receive a personalised six-week Resilience Action Plan to help maximise income, access specialist advice and reduce the likelihood of future financial crisis.
If your organisation is not yet a Trusted Referral Partner, you can still support residents by directing them to the team above.
